2How quickly can they be produced?
Our normal turn around time for printed standard product is 3-6 weeks from the date the order is placed. However, if an order takes longer than 3 days for approval or during times with a heavier workload, this time can be extended. If your order is time sensitive, check with us to ensure prompt delivery.
3What file format do you need?
To ensure the best quality, we need files in a resolution of minimum 300 dpi. Vector art is required due to its ability to be scaled infinitely without any loss of quality. Vector art is created using vector illustration programs, such as Adobe Illustrator. The most common Vector file extensions are .pdf .cdr and .ai (Please note that not all .pdf files are vector.)If there is no way to provide us with artwork, we can provide you our in house design service. Please contact us for further details.
4How do you match colors?
We use a combination of CMYK and the Pantone Matching System for all printing. If you already have a PMS color, make sure to enter it into the Special Instructions on your order.
5Can you send me a digital proof before my order is printed?
Absolutely! Within one business day of placing your order, you will receive a digital proof depicting what your logo will look like when printed on the product ordered. This is the point to make any necessary changes. After we received the signed proof we will submit your order for printing and no further changes will be accepted.
6I need some counter samples before I approve the cup!
We can send you the counter samples, but you have to pay the the samples cost and shipping cost. Cups with our design are free.
7My client needs the cups in different packing units!
Special packaging is not a problem for us. Whether you need a different number of cups per PET-bag or customized packaging – we do it all. Just give us a call so we can work out the best solution.
8Can the inner / the bottom part of the cup be printed?
So far it is not possible to have these parts of the cups printed.
9What coating do you use ?
Our cups have a polyethylene coating (PE) and this represents only a small % of the total weight of the cup. The PE coating not only makes the board waterproof, it is also melted onto the seams to weld the cup together. PLA coating also available, more eco-friendly and compostable choice.
10Do I pay a set-up fee every time I order?
The setup fee is a one-time fee charged to each size of custom printed product on your initial order. As long as your art does not change, you will never pay the setup fee on any subsequent reorders.
11What type of payment do you accept ?
We gladly accept TT, Western Union or LC at sight.
12How is the my order shipped ?
We offer sea, air or courier shipping. Most of our products are sent out by sea.
13Why there is quantity difference between order quantity and delivery quantity?
Due to the nature of custom printed products, there may be a +/- 10% over under run ( variance between amount ordered and amount produced).
